Testimonials & Customer Reviews

We recently used Ontime Haulers for a shipment and were very impressed with the service from start to finish. Communication was clear and proactive, pickup and delivery were handled efficiently, and the goods arrived in perfect condition and on time. It's refreshing to work with a freight company that's reliable, responsive, and professional. We'll definitely be using them again for future deliveries.

Fantastic experience with Ontime Haulers. Easy to book and communication was excellent. Driver was so polite and professional. For delivery of your large items at a reasonable price, look no further.

At Tribeca Pty Ltd (Kamikaze Energy) has been using Ontime Haulers for over 12 months now. They have a great team of drivers, transparent support, simple booking and tracking portal and a cost efficient service which is important when we are moving heavy pallets between locations within The Gold and Sunshine Coasts.

Have used Ontime Haulers for nearly 12 months. Their service is impeccable. One of the best transport companies I have dealt with. Great team of drivers. Keep up the great work.

Next day pick up and delivery from Brisbane to Mullumbimby. Boxes of tiles for construction project needed in a tight time frame. Competitive pricing and great communication. Will use again.

Very happy with the delivery of my item. Good communication, care and a reasonable rate and fast delivery. First time needing and using a trucking company for delivery of an oversized item, but they made it easy and I would definitely use Ontime Haulers again. Thanks for your help!
