Express Same-Day is currently available for freight collected and delivered within eligible Pricing Zone 1 (Brisbane Metro) and Pricing Zone 2 suburbs. Book by 9:00 AM. Express is not currently available for freight to or from Pricing Zones 3, 4 or 5.

Hot Shot — dedicated vehicle
Hot Shot is a dedicated vehicle for urgent freight outside Express eligibility, after the 9:00 AM Express cut-off, or when the job needs its own vehicle. Available anytime, subject to vehicle and driver availability — dispatch confirms the vehicle type, price and estimated delivery time before the job is booked.

When your freight has to move today, our Express Service gives you same-day pickup and delivery for consignments collected and delivered within eligible Pricing Zone 1 (Brisbane Metro) and Pricing Zone 2 suburbs such as the Gold Coast, Beaudesert, Caboolture and Bribie. Express is not currently available for freight to or from Pricing Zones 3, 4 or 5. We also run Hot Shot for critical, out-of-hours or regional urgent freight, where a dedicated vehicle is dispatched immediately and runs direct from pickup to delivery. From single cartons and documents to palletised spare parts and trade supplies, we size the vehicle to the load and keep you updated with live GPS tracking and electronic proof of delivery.

How same-day delivery works
Express Service is our scheduled same-day tier. It is currently available only when both pickup and delivery are in eligible suburbs of Pricing Zone 1 (Brisbane East, North, South and West) or Pricing Zone 2 (Beaudesert, Gold Coast, Caboolture Bribie and Hinterland Brisbane). Express is not available for freight to or from Pricing Zones 3, 4 or 5 — including Gold Coast pickups returning to Brisbane. You can book in advance for a specific day, or book by 9:00 AM on the day — booking ahead does not change the service level: if the pickup and the delivery both have to happen on the same day, it is an Express Service job. For pickups outside Zones 1 and 2, or for jobs after the 9:00 AM cut-off, Hot Shot provides a dedicated vehicle on demand.
Book by 9:00 AM for same-day service
Express bookings made by 9:00 AM for an eligible Zone 1 or Zone 2 pickup are collected and delivered the same business day within Zones 1 and 2. Advance bookings are also welcome for a specific future day.
Hot Shot for urgent or late bookings
When the 9:00 AM Express cut-off has passed, or when the pickup is outside Pricing Zones 1 and 2, Hot Shot dispatches a dedicated vehicle as soon as possible, subject to vehicle and driver availability.
Direct delivery, no depot handling
Express and Hot Shot both run direct from pickup to delivery. Your freight is not cross-docked or consolidated, so handling is kept to a minimum.
Regional and interstate options
Hot Shot can deliver anywhere in Queensland or interstate from a Brisbane Metro pickup. For non-urgent regional freight, our General Service is usually the most efficient choice.
