What Is Required for Tailgate Delivery?
Our standard service is designed to provide door-to-door delivery, provided the delivery location has suitable access for the vehicle and electric pallet jack.
If the delivery location has restricted access or specific site requirements, these must be advised to Ontime Haulers before booking. Additional equipment, a different vehicle or alternative delivery arrangements may be required depending on the site conditions.

Drivers are not generally required to move palletised freight through buildings, up or down steps, over unsuitable surfaces or into areas that cannot safely be accessed by the vehicle and electric pallet jack.
