Bookings received before 9:00 AM are eligible for same-day delivery when both pickup and delivery are in eligible Pricing Zone 1 or Zone 2 suburbs. Express is not currently available for freight to or from Zones 3, 4 or 5 — ask us about Hot Shot.

Standard cut-off: 2:00 PM
Pickup and delivery both in Pricing Zone 1: bookings received before 2:00 PM are typically delivered the next business day.
Pricing Zones 2, 3, 4 & 5
Standard cut-off: 2:00 PM
Bookings received before 2:00 PM are delivered overnight for most zones; some zones take around 2 business days.
Hot Shot / Priority
No cut-off — 24/7 after hours on 07 3496 9510 (press 7)
Contact Ontime Haulers for Hot Shot / priority dedicated delivery options outside standard cut-offs.
General Service is overnight (next business day) for most zones; some zones take around 2 business days. Pickup is generally the business day before the expected delivery.
