Yes. We cross-connect any two suburbs on our regular daily network. Where a vehicle's route suits, we take the consignment directly from pickup to delivery. Otherwise we collect it (book by the 2:00 PM cut-off), bring it to our Archerfield depot, and dispatch it the next business day — overnight for most zones, around 2 business days for some regional zones.

Freight is collected from your Brisbane location in the afternoon, brought back to our Archerfield depot, and loaded onto the regional line-haul vehicle for the relevant regional corridor. Delivery is overnight (next business day) for most zones; some regional zones take around 2 business days.

Regional-town-to-regional-town delivery generally takes 1–2 business days. The consignment is collected from the origin town, brought back to our Archerfield depot, cross-docked, and then loaded onto the correct outbound vehicle for the destination town. For urgent regional-to-regional freight, Hot Shot provides direct point-to-point delivery without depot handling.

Our own network covers Zones 1–5 across SE Queensland and Northern NSW. Suburbs and towns outside those zones aren't covered by standard pricing and are arranged on request. Contact our office with the pickup and delivery details and we'll provide a tailored quote and transit time.

Yes — for areas outside our direct fleet coverage, we work with partner carriers and regional agents. Pricing and transit for those routes are confirmed on request.

Regional agents handle last-mile delivery in remote or specialised locations where our fleet is not present daily. We coordinate the handoff, manage the paperwork, and track the job end-to-end — you deal only with us.

Our fleet covers SE Queensland and Northern NSW (Zones 1–5). For other destinations we can often arrange delivery through partner carriers and regional agents — contact our office and we'll confirm whether your route is possible, plus pricing and transit.

No. We coordinate every leg of the journey — pickup, line-haul, handoffs and final delivery. You get one point of contact, one invoice and end-to-end tracking, even when multiple carriers are involved.
