Same-Day Delivery
- Pickup and delivery must be in eligible Pricing Zone 1 or 2 suburbs — book by 9:00 AM
- Not available for freight to or from Zones 3, 4 or 5
- Advance bookings for a nominated future day: until 5:00 PM the business day before (same-day still requires the 9:00 AM cut-off)
Overnight Delivery
- Cut-off: 2:00 PM, all zones
- Zone 1 to Zone 1: typically 1 business day
- Between different zones: up to 2 business days
- Later cut-offs by prior arrangement

Pallets, loose items and dimensions — answered.
A standard Australian pallet is 1165mm × 1165mm and up to ~1.4m high (CHEP/Loscam). Capacity figures on each tier assume single-stacked standard pallets — oversized or double-stacked loads may require the next tier up.
Yes. Cartons, crates and loose items are best suited to our 2 Tonne service. For larger loose consignments we'll palletise on collection or recommend a bigger vehicle so everything ships in one run.
Dimensions shown are usable deck space — length, width and internal height. If your load is longer, taller or heavier, step up to the next tier or call us for a custom semi-trailer or oversize quote.
Hydraulic tailgates are available from the 2 Tonne service up to 12 Tonne, ideal for sites without a forklift. The 8 Tonne service can also be fitted with a crane. Let us know your access at booking.
Absolutely. Most tiers from 4 Tonne up are rated for both pallets and bulky/heavy items. Tell us the heaviest piece and overall pallet count and we'll recommend the right truck.
