Missed the General Service cut-off?
If your pickup and delivery are both in eligible Zone 1 or Zone 2 suburbs, book an Express Service before 9:00 AM on the following business day. For pickups outside Zones 1 and 2, use Hot Shot instead.

Express Service requires both pickup and delivery to be in eligible Pricing Zone 1 or Zone 2 suburbs. If that matches your consignment, you can still book before 9:00 AM. For pickups in Zones 3, 4 or 5, Hot Shot is the urgent option.
Cut-off reminders
- General Service: Book before the daily cut-off for next-business-day regional delivery.
- Express Service: Currently available for freight collected and delivered within eligible Pricing Zone 1 (Brisbane Metro) and Pricing Zone 2 suburbs — book by 9:00 AM. Not available for freight to or from Zones 3, 4 or 5; use General Service up to 2:00 PM (1–2 business days) or call us about Hot Shot.
- Hot Shot Service: No fixed cut-off — immediate collection when a vehicle is available.
