When to use same-day on this lane
Same-day Brisbane to Sunshine Coast is realistic when:
- Booking is in by mid-morning
- Drop is south of Noosa
- A dedicated vehicle is justified by the freight value or window
For most accounts, overnight is the right default and Hot Shot is the exception.
